Tenant Rights Classes
TURN provides free webinars that educate tenants about their legal rights and responsibilities. Weekdays Mondays and Fridays virtually 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. | Tuesdays – Thursdays in-person and virtually 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. | Mondays and Wednesdays evenings at 6 p.m. | Saturdays at 11 a.m.
Tenant Counseling And Discrimination
Individualized Counseling
Counselors meet on an individual basis with tenants who have attended workshops to assist them in resolving housing-related issues. We also counsel tenants or answer simple questions on the phone for people who are locked-out or have had their utilities shut-off.
Housing Discrimination
TURN investigates discrimination in rental housing and will even provide testing services where discrimination is suspected. Read more to see if you are a victim of housing discrimination.
